Lennon Sundance Inspiring?? What??
Someone has found me inspiring. I’ve only been here a month, and instead of shooing
me away with mean words, I’ve been accepted, nominated, and bestowed. Wow. It’s like
being picked first for the team (not that has EVER happened) or someone saving
you a seat in a crowded lunchroom!
Thanks goes to my nominator:
http://deanzwordz.wordpress.com/
His blog has only been up 9 crazy days, but he has amassed some excitement,
interest and acclaim.I don’t know exactly how this works, but there are rules.
I admit, I’m not good at following rules, but I will try. Here goes:
1.) Display the award logo on your blog.
2.) Link back to the person who nominated you.
3.) State 7 things about yourself.
4.) Nominate 15 bloggers for this award.
5.) Notify those bloggers of the nomination by linking to one of their
specific posts so that they get notified by ping back.
7 Things Everyone Needs to Know ’bout Me:
1) I only wear dresses. Never pants.
2) My birth name was Jennifer Lynn Bush.
3) NO, I’m not related to the former President.
4) I listen to the same album over and over again when I’m writing.
Until, of course, I can’t stand it anymore. But that usually takes
several months.
5) I started dying my hair shades of red in 1989. My first dye
was peroxide. It turned my hair orange and frizzy. I, of course,
loved it.
6) I’ve been listening to Fleetwood Mac non-stop since I started this
blog in the beginning of January.
7)I used to have a vintage dress form I found in an alley. I dressed
her up and called her “Marilyn.” She sat on my front stoop and freaked
out the neighbors.
On to the 15 blogs who should really receive the Inspiration Award.
Note: Since I’ve joined this crazy, confusing blog world, these people
have been champions of my work. Not only are their sites kick-ass,
they have commented, counseled, and approved of my writing. They have
given me feedback and answered stupid blogging
questions when I don’t know what the hell I’m doing.
Now that, my readers, is inspiration! (PS – I know my links aren’t
sexy. There’s an easier, cooler way to link, I am sure. But
give a novice a break, eh?)

Let me check it out. User errors are common with me.
U R Cute
K. Fixed it. God, I’m just so challenged with technology. Thanks for the update!
Congratulations! I wish the best of luck in all your blogging endeavors of 2013! Continue to spread the inspiration through your words and inspire others to inspire everyone else around them. Take care.
thank you so much for this nomination! What a great way for me to start my day with a blog post from you and a cup of coffee!!!!
Yes! Glad I could spread the word. I wasn’t sure if I was going to do it, seeing as I had to really sit down and think about who I would nominate and why. I’m glad I took the time cuz it has seemed to make people super happy. Cheers (coffee cup clinking) and good morning.
WordPress has a great community! Congrats!
Hey thanks! I’m impressed with all the support, feedback WordPress has to over.
Well deserved – I love how open and honest and engaging your writing style – and thanks for the shout out.
You’ve been a wonderful fan. Shout out is just part of the deal. Thanks for reading and commenting! Wish I could get you further traffic, but as you know, I just started out……
awesome Job Congrats!
Thanks for all your cool comments and support, too.
Thanks! Love you hun!
Congratulations and thanks for making me smile! I love that you only wear dresses. I’ve always wanted to wear more dresses and less pants – as you call them. I too listen to the same song when I’m working – and to also get me into the mood for working. When I get tired of it I’m usually roaming in despair until I can find something else to take it’s place.
Like minds, like minds….
Well done! Congrats on the much-deserved recognition,
Hey thanks. Wonderful, helpful comments, by the way. Thanks for checking out my work.
